"I’ve been coming here for years and I’m very disappointed in my service today. The person who did my eyebrows was working too quick and took off too much from what was suppose to be just a “clean up”. After the service I told them too much was taken off and they said” it was like that” which was a lie . There were still areas where there were hairs in random spots so I asked can you remove these but please slow down. She didn’t listen and did NOT slow down. My arch is gone, I’m missing a gap of hairs, and my eyebrows were not shaped at all."
