"Dr. Song is truly an amazing Dentist. This morning my twin 5 year old daughters needed to have fillings done and Dr.Song and his assistant Sam went way above and beyond to make my daughters feel comfortable. They had Mickey Mouse playing for them when they walked into his room and he was able to administer anesthetic to them without any sedation. He did a great job with his assistant distracting the girls so they didn’t even realize they were getting numb. My daughters left his chair with the biggest smiles on their faces. When I had insurance questions, his insurance lady Hailee was able to explain everything and greeted us with such a kind welcome when we first arrived. His assistant Sam went over the post op instructions very thoroughly and answered all my questions. My girls adored her. I want to thank Dr. Song and his amazing staff for being so welcoming and making the experience so comfortable for them. My daughters had so much fun they asking when they get to come back! I highly recommend Dr.Song, he is a very kind man."

"March 12, 2024 My husband and I moved here a few months ago and I needed to find a new dentist. I chose Meadowbrook Smiles in Green Bay and my new patient appointment was today. Their office was impeccably clean and current and all the staff were friendly and helpful. This first appointment was 2 hours long and my hygienist was amazing! She was more thorough then any hygienist I've ever been to. And Dr. Song was very kind and he made me feel confident that I'm in good hands with my dental care. "On November 12, 2023, the top of the crown came off my tooth and the base remained around my tooth. I have a new dentist, because my insurance changed, and I can only go to this dentist. My dentist saw me on November 14, 2023, and she x-rayed the tooth. Everything with the actual tooth is good but I do need a new crown. The dentist stated that the inside top of the crown is smooth and flat and it never had anything in it to adhere to the top of my tooth. The dentist glued the piece back on for me. I reached out to Meadowbrook Smiles November 15, 2023 and explained what I had occurring and the receptionist talked to the Dentist on staff that day and he stated that he could look and it but could not guarantee there was not going to be a charge. I explained to the receptionist that my dental insurance was not going to cover services at this dentist, and I do not feel like I should be charged an office visit that I would have to pay cash for which would also include another x-ray. I also expressed my concern because I have 2 other crowns that this Dentist made and 1 the owner Dr. Rebecca Van Miller made onsite. Neither the dentist not the technician that made the crown are no longer at this practice. I requested a call from Dr Rebecca Van Miller and have not received a call back. I called again and left a voice mail on 11-30-23 at the Timberbrook office location as that is where Dr Van Miller is most times. She called back and left a voice mail to return her call. On December 7, 2023 I had sent an email explaining everything that had happened up until this point. I never heard anything back. December 14, 2023 I called the Timberbrook location to see if I could follow up on my email. I talked the receptionist and she stated my email was forwarded on to the office manager. She apologized for no response and said she would forward it again to Mary. I had asked to be CC'd on the forward to Mary to ensure it was sent to her. I have received nothing from anyone at either location. I do not feel I should have to pay for a visit, x-ray, and another crown when this one was only 2 1/2 years old. I feel like this facility should stand by their work. For $1200.00 which now it will cost $1800.00 it should last a little longer than 2 1/2 years. I have had several encounters with the Dentists and Hygienists at this location that have been a little uncomfortable. They came up with a treatment plan to replace every molar with a crown for a total of 9 crowns and almost $10,000.00. They were irritated when I did not want to make an appointment for 2 crowns to be done at the end of December 2022 after my cleaning and informing them, I would not be back because my insurance changed. I told the Hygienist multiple times I have only a few days available, and she kept insisting on another day. I told her that I would not be able to do that day as I will be on an airplane. She still insisted on making an appointment that day. I have read multiple complaints about this practice and the forcefulness nature of unnecessary treatments. When I went to my new dentist, she did a very thorough exam full head x-ray and tooth x-rays she said everything looked great except the crown that was 15 years old. I had a cavity under it. No mention of that from Meadowbrook. I asked if she was sure and told her what the previous Dentist told me about needing 9 crowns and she said, no, you are good right now."

"First impressions are lasting ones. There was coughing present in the office coming from the reception office all throughout my visit , even my dental assistant had a cough under her mask. Very unprofessional. The cleaning was very painful. Never had an experience such as this. Neither did she listen to what I had to say. She heard what I said but she didn’t listen. I told her what had happened to my tooth but she insisted that a filling had popped out. As if I didn’t know what I had in my own mouth. Never going back nor would I recommend."

"Had the greatest care from everyone, starting with Jeanie, who you see first as you enter the building really friendly and cheerful person who does a terrific job figuring out what the insurance will pay. Then I had Kayla the hygienist, she was fantastic with cleaning and explaining everything she was doing. I was very very happy with Dr Song and all he had done with my teeth with Sam his assistant. This is a very caring place to have your teeth done"
