"Midwest Dental terminated my patient/office relationship because i have autism and were well aware of my disability (have it recorded that I said I was neurodivergent and don’t want to socialize In my 1st visit). I am in the process of filing a lawsuit and reporting them to the state boards. I recorded both visits on my cell phone and the dentist lied about me not being responsive when asking questions. I answered every single question asked. She asked if I was numb several times and I clearly responded! In the video, you can hear clear/concise answers. She said that I was a difficult patient because I wasn’t answering questions when she asked me if I was numb. Excuse me, you’re inside of my mouth and I communicated with you every single time when asked how my mouth felt because of course I didn’t want it to hurt! I’m pretty sure that in the history of people going to the dentist there is not one person that kept their mouth shut when asked unless they were non-verbal. She falsified my medical records and is a felony charge in the state of Wisconsin! It is such an odd thing to lie about. If anyone would like to see the proof of the video, I will be posting on tiktok. I have a huge following in the neurodivergent community. I just advised my attorney who listened to the recordings that was the reason for termination and he said I have a very very strong case. Do not go here and if you do, you are not doing a service to the disabled community. Update: I finally received my medical records and NOTHING matches up with the recording and what the dentist wrote. This is a HUGE medical fraud lawsuit! The dentist only asked me to open my mouth wider ONE time and put in medical records what I would not open my mouth wide. I was only asked ONCE in the hour procedure! Additionally, she was a very heavy lady who kept ripping my hair out. I had to continue to adjust my hair because her oversized body was pressed up against me. I never complained in the video. Just kept having to adjust my position in between passes."

"My experience at this location was fantastic. The front people are super nice. Ashley was amazing & very hard working, my doctor was so helpful. Its one of the best cleaning i’ve done. Ashley did such a great job. I did regular cleaning with new patient coupon and it was great. I would definitely recommend every one to give it a try here. You wont regret it."

"Went for a cleaning. Was talked into full set of x-rays. Was told I needed deep cleaning because my teeth measured mostly “9s” and four fillings replaced. $4,000 out of pocket my cost. Would not even clean my teeth & spent over an hour there. They even tried to wiggle my teeth to see if they were loose. Decided to see my original dentist I used for 15+ yrs & saw 14 months ago (recently relocated to GB area). Was told the worst teeth were 6s & didn’t need deep clean. Also we looked at estimate from Midwest & they had 7 fillings to be replaced not the 4 they told me. Basically Midwest saw me as a huge dollar sign. Totally tried to scam me into unnecessary dental work."
