"The staff have been very nice the room are pretty nice too perfect for a little getaway. They have suites that have mini kitchens. Icemachine also. It's right down the street from knots berry farm and DisneyLAND"

"They said we could check in at 2pm. When we arrived they changed up and told us we would have to wait until after 4pm. I didn't appreciate the change up after so long of a drive to get there. Also the gentleman who was working the front desk was borderline rude. Perhaps he might want to figure out the definition of customer service."

"No free breakfast! They no longer have free breakfast! Don't let old reviews trick you into thinking there is still free breakfast because there is not. Aside from that it's a good value for the money especially if you are visiting Knotts. It's literally across the street from the preferred parking lot. That parking is $50. We just walked across the street with no problem to get to the park. The room is okay. It was only $60. It's worth $60. Don't think you will be getting some fancy hotel room. It's just a basic, simple room. You get what you paid for type room."

"Please read all the reviews carefully. The rooms are old, there is no good insulation. You hear everyone from the other rooms, traffic can be heard. The water in the shower is no is not hot. The mattresses are old and sane with the pillows. No breakfast, they offered a coffee machine in the room, but not water in the room or hotel. Parking free but is difficult"

"The room was very humid and stuffy. This caused me to wake up every morning feeling sick. The microwave barely worked. The bathroom was small and not very clean. There was not enough parking for hotel guests. The elevator barely worked. The bed sheets and room did not feel clean at all. This place did not feel safe and we could easily hear the other guests and people across the street. Our key ended up not working one night and the owner was very rude."
