"We came here to stay for a night. The room was spacious but when we entered the room it smells. The bath towel had pubic hair so I ended up not using it. The bed covers were all wrinkled and pillow cases, it seems that someone had laid on it already. Or maybe not washed even the towel. Aside from that, we heard some noise, activities next door, the walls were so thin that you can hear it. The front desk at night was friendly though."

"This hotel is running a scam!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I had a reservation to stay there for 4 night. We got in late because we hit really bad traffic. When we got to the hotel a guy named Raymond was on duty and he told us he canceled our reservation. I told him and showed him that they already charged me the full amount of the reservation ($281) and no one canceled the reservation on my end. He went on to say that he canceled the reservation because we hadn’t showed up yet and that’s just a thing they do (no policy to back up his actions). When I asked him to show me where he’s allowed to just cancel my reservation and charge me for my full stay and not notify me he then threatened to not let me stay at the hotel at all and kick me out. (This was at 5:30am in the morning all my money is tied up to the hotel and I have no where else to go). Finally was able to get him to let us get a room for the night and then I can figure this out in the morning, he charged my card another $196 when a night stay is only $75. He literally took all the money I had in my bank and I was left in a state with no money. Tried asking to speak to a manager the workers just kept spitting out times he was supposed to be there but he never showed up, then one of the employees finally told me he works from home and doesn’t come in to the hotel and I would have to email him my issue (in the meantime the hotel is still trying to charge me for my stays when they already charge me the full amount and extra) finally talked to another front desk person and he let me know that my reservation was never cancelled and I shouldn’t have been charged the $196 and said he would refund me the money well tomorrow will be a week and the hotel still has not refunded me my money back that they stole!"

"The room size is good. No bed bugs, no roaches. But the bathroom condition is pretty bad. The sink has stains all over it. The microwave has peeling inside which I'm pretty sure is a MAJOR health hazard. If they renovated the bathrooms and microwave, it would easily be 4-4.5 stars. There is some police activity nearby."

"I stayed here and it was enjoyable except for the annoying breakfast staff, saying no to go breakfast. But I only took one waffle each person that was a registered guest on my room. I took the food to my room because there is nothing but waffles and dry food for breakfast and juices. This is because I wanted to add more food to my waffle breakfast. There is a pool there I plan to enjoy but never seen when I return there for another stay. Staff is friendly and motel is nice and clean for the price."

"I should have known by the price that the hotel would not have the most current of decor. The furniture was "tired" by the dents, scratches & missing drawer handles. Bathroom tub was cracked on the bottom, the soap & shampoo dispensers were empty & the towels were smaller than the ones at a Motel 6 (plus we had to ask for extra). The beds were comfy & room temp easy to adjust. It just seemed like the ownership didnt care about the "ambiance " of the hotel. We were able to see into a few rooms across the hall while maids were servicing them & everything in those rooms looked brand new. Maybe our room was on the "to do" list. He front desk help was very friendly, assisted in changing who could check in first (room in my name but my adult daughter I was meeting arrived first), got us extra towels immediately & at check out thanked us kindly for our business."
