"Stopped there at 6:25pm when they close at 7. Just needed air for my one tire. The gentleman said, "nope, not happening tonight" I said, "really? just for air? " He said, "yeah nope. Trying to wrap up tonight". Next time I recommend the gentleman to run out the damn air hose and help me. 5mins ain't gonna make or break your night. Smh. Expected better."

"I've only had to explain to these guys how to lift up the trunk liner and find the wheel lock key that's exactly where it's supposed to be, but that was obnoxious enough. My mom brought her 2015 Golf in to have her winter wheels/tires installed. After she walked home, they called to complain she didn't leave the wheel lock key. She called me frantically looking for the key. The key was in exactly the spot in the factory toolkit located in the trunk of the car the entire time. I put it there specifically to prevent such a situation because I know how obnoxious it is to be a mechanic and not have a wheel lock key. I never thought a mechanic would see a wheel lock and throw their hands in the air in defeat before even looking in the one spot where a key is supposed to be, but being one the customer end of that was even more obnoxious than working on a car without the wheel key. And now that my mom is trying to have her brakes done, the only time anyone has had to remove the wheels since these guys did, the key is magically missing from the spot it was designed for. Mysterious. Put things back where you found them, please and look for things before complaining."

They always respond in a professional and timely manner. I just recently dropped my car off for an oil change. When I came to pick it up there was snow on my car.
