"Terrible attitude at this location. My barber did not even introduce herself or say hi to me. Completely silent the entire haircut. I had a promotional code that was not honored. Instead she gave me 5 off and said I should be grateful for that. The entire experience very rushed and left a negative feeling. I will not be coming back to Greatclips ever again. Update: Excellent customer service. Issues was rectified."

"I had a great experience here today with Tasha! I came into Great Clips knowing exactly what I wanted and had pictures as reference. Tasha listened and seemed excited to take on my request. When playing with my hair, she noticed I had a cowlick and part that wouldn't work with the haircut I wanted. After showing me what she meant, she remained encouraging and showed me an alternative that would work--going slowly and explaining her next cuts. I felt totally composed and trusting of her direction--she did not disappoint!! This was the best cut I've ever gotten at a great clips and will be a regular moving forward. The only disappointment I had at this location was what I overheard from a customer. A customer asked a provoking and racist question and the other stylist working handled it gently and professionally. It's appalling to overhear a customer be racist and instagative when a stylist is cutting his hair. I hope this was a one time event but with signs I saw in the store tell me otherwise. I will still be back to see Tasha though! Thanks Tasha!!!"

"I just had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life. The stylist didn't listen to me, argued with me when I tried to explain what I wanted, and was out right unpleasant. She seemed completely put out that she had to cut my hair. The haircut is not good - uneven and choppy - which the stylist blamed on the fact that my hair is straight. SERIOUSLY??"

"My adult daughters and I stopped by for 3 cuts. The staff was not friendly. My daughter said her barber seemed to hate her job. My daughters did not get the cuts they requested. My men's cut was fine. Both barbers seemed impatient and eager to have us out of their chairs. All 3 cuts took 12 minutes total."

"All I needed was a last minute bang trim as I have an interview the next day and the hair stylist I go to is booked. I came in after having checked in online and the person who checked me in was rude and the lady who cut my hair was not polite as well. Not only that, when I initially entered, two people spoke quickly one after another so I was unsure of what they were saying. The receptionist then said, “there ain’t nobody else she’s talking to” in a snarky tone. I also posted a video of my bangs to show how choppy and uneven it is. I went home and quickly washed my hair to see what I can do to fix it. I know for sure that I won’t be coming back. I also said, I wanted it above my eyes and she did above my eyebrows. She likely misheard me. She also said she liked me because I’m fast. I was fast because I was ready to get out. Also, her backhanded comment shows to me that she’s typically hasty with her cuts. She also did ask for my opinion after she cut above my eyebrows and I said, sure that’s fine since she already cut it. I am leaving a review to help future customers and in hopes that the hairstylists here work on their customer service skills and learn what quality care is. Even if people say negative things about the quality of “Great Clips,” people can always have potential to do “great.”"
