"I have been using the services of Klassic Limousine in Milwaukee for years now. I know I can count on them to always be there for me. I travel from Milwaukee to Fond du Lac and back many times throughout the year. Sometimes I have to be picked up at 3:30 AM! I always have a comforting feeling knowing they will be there for me. Traveling is stressful enough, but when you use Klassic Limousine's services you can cross off one thing you will never have to worry about. The drivers are awesome! The owners are awesome! I cannot recommend Klassic Limousine enough. I rarely write reviews but if it helps anoher traveler, than I feel good."

"Worst experience and worst customer service experience from the so-called owner Carmela. Booked a shuttle van, and they provided us with two cars instead. Told us when we finally connected with the driver that the van broke down and we had to be put in two cars instead. Would have been fine if I was told this ahead of time, but I was not. Our group was split up, and had to wait over 30 minutes when the driver kept insisting he was there. He wasn't. I even had text messages to show as proof and still Carmela kept insisting that it was our error and problem. When I pleaded with her, and asked her to put herself in our shoes, she didn't want to hear it, and said she was going to get video surveillance footage from the airport to prove our group wasn't waiting over 30 minutes to be picked up. This was the strangest and most unprofessional conversation I ever had with an Owner of a company discussing a customer concern. At first I was surprised, but if Carmela is the owner and this is how she speaks to people it's not really a shock. The whole company is a sham. Avoid yourself a headache and book elsewhere."
