"I was trying to find a place to get my hair cut. I was walking to work when I saw The Shoppe and thought it looked adorable from the outside. I tried to call to set up an appointment and no one answered. The voicemail told me to hang up and text them, which I did. I still haven't heard anything from them in 3 hours. Google said they were open, and their facebook said they were open, and I still haven't received any word from them and I'm very sad because I wanted to see the inside. I'm a little upset, and Wish they had better customer service to get more business."

First off she cut my hair wrong, then she would constantly go back and forth between her coworkers to chat vs taking care of me first. Never again will I step foot there.
