"I stayed here for about 3 months until the manager asked my mom for rent I already payed he called the cops on me an said I didn't have my tenant rights anymore even because i went to rehab for 10 days, 3 weeks, ago. Im not the ojpy person he did that to."

"Just to rate this place you have to give at least one star. But they don't deserve it! Roaches are everywhere we were in bed sleeping and roaches were crawling on us in the bed. Went into the bathroom and like 15 roaches aweful unreal. We left after being there 3 hours and they would not give us a refund even after showing them video and pictures. Don't go to this place it's gone down hill and is horrible it's a freaking nightmare!!!"

"I'd read nice things about the place and decided to check it out. The grounds are well kept but the out side of the cabins look a little seedy. I never saw the inside. I stepped into the office and the proprietor came out with "Whaduyouwant" expression I asked for a room for just me for one night. He muttered $110. One hundred and ten? For one night? He knodded. Goodbye I said. Maybe he didn't like my looks and wanted to get rid of me. I just went down the street to The Harbor Inn. My usual crashpad when I'm in town. You can have Bestall. I don't need it."

"My husband and I are literally standing in the office right this second to ask about their weekly and monthly rates and have been here for over 15 minutes! I can see an older woman and a man in another room, and she has leaned forward 5 or 6 times now and has seen us standing here. I have called 3 times also. Yet there is no one coming to even greet us or say anything! This was the most ridiculous experience I have had to deal with! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!"

"Overall, you cannot beat this place. It's quiet, the owner and husband are very kind. If you are quiet, you fit. If you party and make a lot of noise? This police will escort you out. Been here over a month, it's cheaper. Good for "good people"."
