"I'm a current resident. I've been waiting for water and mold repairs to be completed since I first reported the issue a week before Xmas. I also reported mice took video of them scratching in the walls and sent them a picture of 9ne I trapped in my bathroom because they left a hole in the wall which gave them access into my house. Its the first week of March, my livingroom is still gutted and my furniture which was moved by them without my consent is in some storage somewhere that I don't know of. Sace yourself from the terrible management of this property. I tried calling again today and now the voice-mail box is full and I can't leave messages. My written requests for repairs are unanswered."
"Every time I’m nearby all I hear are people yelling. Some kid is constantly shouting “NO NO NO NO NO” and I just hear parents cursing at their kids. This building echoes through the neighborhood with many screaming families and kids, lovely place really NOT! Also I second the bug infestation, looks like a LOT of painted over termite damage all over the roof and fences around it. People drink in their cars outside too and throw trash all over the neighborhood."
"Honestly this is the loudest and most trashy apartment complex in the area. It’s infested with termites and screaming children and meth heads."
