"This is what's called slum tenements. $1,150 a month for a studio apartment with no A/C, no incense. Homeless person broke into our car on their property. We were told they were not responsible. Yet, did they even install a motion sensor light to try and combat this issue? What do you think? Would not recommend. Save your money and look elsewhere. This is not a worthy investment of your money or time. Thank you for reading this. Edit: We were not evicted. Ellen is the slumlord's enforcer who lives on sight and will watch you swim in the pool."
"Don't do it. Landlady seems nice, but will screw you out of your deposit. No AC units allowed, only one parking spot (no cameras or proper lighting so break ins to vehicles happen often), and no incense allowed... Not a comfortable place to be, for a long period of time."
