"Agreed to a price for box braids to the lower back over the phone and confirmed that price via text message. When I arrived for my appointment, she told me she was going to charge me more because the price she'd told me both verbally and in writing was for mid-back braids and I need lower back length. When I showed her that the text messages state the price was for lower back braids, she refused to acknowledge what was written. She also told me that because she didn't have the hair color I wanted, I'd have to go buy all the hair myself PLUS pay the full price she'd quoted. I left the shop without getting braided because of the lack of integrity in their business practices."

"I will never go there again. If I could give no stars I would. To begin I had to wait 1hour for the stylist to show up for my hair appointment then she took forever to start because she had to eat and make her some coffee. The inside was a bit dirty and uncomfortable. She took so many braeks throughout the time I was there. And she put the biggest sin. twists that I've ever seen.There were so many braids that Couldn't put them into a ponytail. I told her that I didn't like it then she said that she will do smaller ones next time. I was soooooo embarrassed that I took them down that same day. that I've ever seen"

"After waiting 40 minutes outside in the cold I paid $90 dollars for 6 huge braids that I am very unhappy with not that the braids are unprofessional but I'm very unhappy with the size. The Stylist never gave me a mirror to look at the back of my hair nor did she ask me if I liked it. With that being said I notify the stylist that the braids was too big and she stated next time she'll do them smaller $90 dollars for 6 braids no never again"

"Shop cleanliness is subpar. Customer service was lacking. My appointment was not kept and the stylist started other customers hair who arrived after me. Braids starting coming out the 1st week. I returned to get them fixed and they came out again. Not worth $180 at all."
