"My experience when I was first here buying my Ioniq 5 two years ago was horrible. I knew more about the car than they did. Then they got things all screwed up in finance and my paperwork was a mess. Just a frustrating experience. Not to mention how much I over paid for that thing. But this review and 5 stars goes out to JASON ALLEN, who actually knows a lot about vehicles… including the ones he’s selling. I told him what I was looking for. He knew instantly what I was not interested in and what I was. A sales person who actually listens to you! He also made car shopping fun. For me that is hard to do. He found me exactly what I was looking for and more. I got the 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition in Hyper White. If you go to Hyundai of Racine make sure to ask for Jason. "Amazing sales experience with Myles. Drove almost 2 hours all the way from Madison to get the car that I want. Cali from online service was very helpful and I appreciated her assistance a lot. Was a little upset when we needed to wait for a test drive , when we asked for a car to be ready for appointment , but that happens. Can’t wait for my car to be delivered. Due to weather I didn’t want to drive a car myself. Highly recommend this dealership. UPDATE: got my car Today! super excited to drive it!"
"5 star service by Chris Cortes and Marissa Hall. Contacted the dealership interested in test driving and getting pictures of a Tucson they had just received. Marissa contacted me immediately and went out of her way to get me extra pictures and confirm my appointment. Chris helped me with viewing a new and used Tucson, as well as comparing prices both through financing and leasing. We discussed what I was comfortable paying and even though we couldn’t get there right away, we did end up at a payment that I was comfortable with. I felt that Chris showed me respect and worked to get a deal done that benefited both sides. In the end, I got this 2024 Tucson SEL w/ convenience package and couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you Chris and Marissa for the exceptional service. Be sure to ask for these two if you need a new ride."
"***I am updating my review from one star to three. Although our experience purchasing our vehicle wasn’t great, we have been contacted by our salesman, the sales manager, and the finance manager to try to satisfy us and they explained the financing further, provided us a copy of the window sticker, and paid to have the vehicle detailed. We still feel like everything was a bit sketchy (since I wrote my original review, we were even asked if we would take down our review if they sent us the money to get a detail) but I appreciate the fact they followed up and tried to make it right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. The finance lady we met with was extremely rude and condescending and couldn’t explain anything to us when we asked questions about the cost of the vehicles, fees, and the monthly payment. Her only answer was “the computer figures it out for me”. The worst customer service experience we’ve ever had (our children were in the room with us and one of them even started recording on her phone because at 15 she couldn’t believe the way we we’re being talked to). The vehicle we purchased wasn’t detailed and is filthy but because we took delivery at night we didn’t notice it until the next day. I now have to spend more money to have someone detail it. Also watch for extra fees-I supposedly have LoJack on my car and was charged $500 for it yet haven’t received any information on it. Once we purchased the vehicle all communication stopped. I wrote an email, sending it to several of the people we worked with (including the sales manager) explaining our experience, my unhappiness with the condition of the vehicle (with photos), and asking about the LoJack and got no response. We are to the point we want to have an attorney look over our paperwork because of how shady our experience was!!"
