Star Nails

"I get all my pedicures here.. and I bring my daughters many times. A couple weeks ago my daughter got married and I got big nails ( not from here) and just wanted them cut down. The owner treated me with total distain. He must not have recognized me from coming in so often. He was beyond annoyed that’s all I wanted. It was rather shocking how he treated me thinking I wasn’t going to spend a lot. Found a fabulous place in Bay View that treats all their customers with great respect and kindness, no matter what service they want. Never coming back in here now that I see the true personality of the owner."

"I'm so happy with my pedicure from Rita. This is the best pedicure in Oak Creek. I've been to other places and never had such a great pedicure. My feet are baby soft with no calluses. She really took her time with exfoliating and moisturizing and putting the nail polish on neatly. She gave me three coats and didn't rush at all. I had plenty of time to let it dry before I took myself to the cashier. At $45 for the deluxe pedicure this was an amazing value. I will definitely be back."

"Third time being there and I love it. I had Rita this time who did an amazing job on my nails. My left thumb nail grows weird due to an accident many years ago and she did not have any trouble securing a tip to it My tips never come off and the polish stays on even with household cleaning. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the place is very clean. Their prices are very reasonable also."

"Really upset with my service. On day one I noticed my nails were chipping and bubbly already. I called and she sounded happy to fix them and i came in. When I came in she kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain that all of them were chipped in some way and I thought it might be the polish itself. She grinded the polish off 3 nails after I kept stopping her and telling her that i would just like to switch polish. She said if I did that she’s charging a polish change fee because the polish was fine. She then repainted over the chipping bubbly polish and put 2 more coats of color and 2 topcoats over each nail which made them even uglier and thick looking. They haven’t even began to grow out and they’re chipping again and nails are breaking. There’s a large indent on one of the nails with the design and my pinkie nails aren’t nearly symmetrical. The girl that came in while I was getting my nails fixed had issues with her gel pedicure not curing and causing issues too. There’s a total of 8 coats on some of my fingers and it just looks gross. I got gel so it would last longer and it’s chipping once again even though there’s so many layers of polish that it looks bulky."
