"Nice place to stay for 1 night in Ojai. The room was spacious and cute - but unfortunately had a weird smell to it. Wish there was a candle or room spray used by staff. Bedding okay. You can tell the renovations were soft fixtures with paint and new furniture vs structural. You can still hear everything above you and outside of the room. They do have rooms that are single story so will try that next time vs room on ground floor underneath other rooms. Staff nice and helpful. Great complimentary coffee in lobby. Nice location and not too far to walk to restaurants. They could invest in some bike lights so that guests could take bikes to town at night safely."

"Such a wholesome, enjoyable inn in a magical place. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lots of nice little touches. Rooms felt fresh and chic while being cozy. Good place to seek peace."

"Without a doubt, I'm going to be coming back to this place every time I visit Ojai. The value is absolutely unbeatable here - a great deal especially compared to others in the area. Not only was the entire place quaint, welcoming, and walking distance to town, the room was absolutely spotless - something I can be quite particular about when traveling. Service was great as well. 5 Stars all day!!"

"The room we had is very clean. My only complaint was that we don't have coffee maker... (coffee or tea, for that matter) in our room. They serve coffee in the lobby in the morning up to 11am. So if you feel like having coffee or tea in your room in the afternoon, you'll have to make sure to buy them before heading back to your suite."

"Great location. Low key, beautifully decorated and maintained (in the process of renovations), friendly staff (we love Carla), pristine pool, and comfy bed. 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom hasn't been renovated yet. Need more light over the sink for makeup and I wonder if the tub will be modernized. I hope to stay again!"
