"Hotel was perfect location you can walk into downtown no sweat. Cute atmosphere, pool area is nice. Hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. The happy hour and breakfast was nice too. In our room the sink was leaking and wouldn’t drain, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and no curtains (just those wooden shades) so the outdoor hallway night lighting still came through while we were trying to sleep. Front desk openly shamed me for booking Expedia but I booked it on cyber Monday. Nice hotel for a quick night but more than one night ehhhh."

"The hospitality at the Chantico Inn was outstanding. It poured rain steadily for the first couple of days of a 5-day meeting in Ojai. I woke up to a small ceiling leak that soaked most of my clothes during the first night. Management was very accommodating and ensured that the staff washed and dried my clothes and I was offered another room. The whole staff was very friendly throughout the 5 days. It was a very pleasant say. I definitely recommend the Chantico Inn for anyone visiting Ojai."

"Full Disclosure, I'm getting a discount for our next stay with a 5 star review, but I would have given our stay 5 stars regardless. Wanted to book a last minute getaway in Ojai and settled on Chantico Inn because it was the most reasonable in price and the location was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated but has a very unique charm that we thought was nice. Our favorite part was that it was walking distance to almost everything we did during our trip, which was very convenient. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in Ojai."
