"My stylist is terrific. The reason for my low rating is with regards to the fact that Stella's didn't seem to concerned about keeping me as a customer. My stylist, for perfectly understandable reasons, had to cancel his appointment with me twice. The second time a very apologetic staff member from Stella's called to try to accommodate my appointment time. The thing is, my cost for the service was going to double as a result of the rate of the substitute stylist. When I told the staff person that I would like the service, for which my appointment was canceled twice mind you, at the rate that I had initially agreed upon, she very politely told me that nobody there could help me. Again, the appointment was cancelled twice... While I would love to see my stylist again, I have no interest in ever offering my business to that company, which matches the fact that Stella's is not interested in keeping me as a customer."
