"We stayed here for my husband’s birthday but the service here during our check-in completely ruined our experience. The gentleman named “Grant” at the front-desk needs to go back to school to get some customer service/hospitality training. Besides this, the hotel was lovely and all the other staff were courteous."

"Customer service is non existent. Their excuse is they are a “small boutique hotel” so do not expect much. Hotel rooms are dated and have mildew smell. 0 personal approach and communication at check in. "Give your id & credit card - here's your room key". No information about the property, no tour, nothing. I asked about the restroom location and was told it's by the pool, like I'm supposed to know where the pool is. Except for the valet people, who were amazing, the rest of the staff has zero desire to provide even satisfactory service. For $500/night I expect much more pleasant stay experience, take your business elsewhere."

"Located along the shoreline, views fantastic. A bit removed from outside dining options, but the on site restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast. Lacking in room coffee making facilities however this is available in the lobby."

"Perfection is the only way to summarize our stay. Julian and TJ were immensely friendly right from the start. The room was overwhelmingly spacious, perfectly clean and had great decor. I was shocked because we had the standard king but that didn't matter; beautifuly furnished balcony, heated bathroom floor with his and hers sinks, comfy bed, in-room fridge. That's just the hotel! The location; right across the street from Santa Barbara Beach! Wow, simply wow!"

"Had a fantastic stay here, this hotel deserves more than 3 stars, it’s a boutique hotel with great decor, view, comfy bed, service! Personally think it’s worth the higher price to get a room with a view, the ocean view from the balcony is amazing for sunset or enjoying breakfast. Sadly their restaurant isn’t great (have a separate review just for it), otherwise ordering room service and enjoy on the balcony would be a perfect start or end of a day. On the other hand, some rooms without ocean view faces the parking lot, with second level direct above garages, could be noisy during busy hours."
