"I came by appointment and was a little late, but they accepted me right away. Everyone was very polite. For the glucose test I had to do blood test 3 times and all of it were done by different employees, they were all very nice, they did everything quickly and efficiently. Usually one blood test makes me faint, but here everything was great, very gentle and all the staff always asked how I was feeling so even 3 tests didn't kick me off."

"I was a walk in appointment and they were very busy, but I was able to be seen after an hour. Kimberly looked tired from a long days shift, but she was still very friendly and provided amazing customer service. I was at the office at J street in the hospital and received horrible customer service so I highly recommend choosing this office."

"The place is alright but there’s one employee who speaks rudely. I asked a question kindly and the old lady seemed annoyed. I felt like she didn’t care about you unless you have an appointment. I still wasn’t sure what to do so I had to go to a different location. The instructions the lady gave me was unclear because it was my first time dropping off a sample so I had to leave very disappointed. It’s a good thing that there was another quest diagnostic 3 miles away. If you feel unsatisfied I suggest leave and go to a different place near by. The other location is on J street and their customer service is better than here. You will lose a lot of time waiting for assistance especially if it’s that lady."

"I'm so sorry and confused about the negative comments. We went there a couple of years ago and everything was outstanding. I made sure to inform the kids to drink 24-32 ounces water throughout the morning so that everything would be quick n smooth, and it was. Prior to the last appointment the nurse couldn't draw blood from my son either. But they gave him 2 waters to drink because he was a little dehydrated and within minutes was able to withdraw blood with no problems. As a matter of fact we are going to make appointments for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to another wonderful experience. We had an excellent nurse I can't remember her name but I will Never forget her kind face. She was a tall lady with braids in her hair. She absolutely loved blueberries. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent. We use to ask for her by name willing to wait hrs to be seen by her. Hopefully we will see her tomorrow. Excellent nurse."
