I will be with them into my end of my days.I was told that I needed two root canal by a previous doctor but was told by Dr Smith that I didn't need a root at all on both teeth. "The only reason I gave the business starts is because of the providers. We had no issues with the providers but the poor costumer service and bad communication came from the front desk and billing. Since day one I’ve explained the billing issues and kept getting the run around. I went back and forth for months. When the billing was finally fixed I received no apologies at all. So disappointing and bottom line unprofessional. I wont recommend this dental office and it’s sad because we really liked the providers."
