"Update: really appreciate the office getting back to me about the charge referenced below and making it up to me. None of the three things listed below were all that important but in collection they made for a negative experience. However, they were just mistakes and I am willing to move past that for an organization that puts real effort into working with their clients. Not sure if I'm going back. Three main reasons. First, the cleaner leaned with her weight with one of the tools on my front teeth for the entirety of the initial part of the cleaning. Needless to say that hurt a bit. Second, she did not offer me to close my mouth and remove the water after rinsing which eventually led to all the water just flowing out of my mouth everywhere and onto my clothes and the chair. She was so kind as to allow me to remove the water after that. Third, I was informed fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance. So, I said yes. It was not. Of course I found that out at time of payment. Was anything offered as a result of this misinformation? Of course not. Otherwise the cleaning was greeeeat."
