"I don't know that I can go to another dentist's office after this. I hadn't had dental work done in about a year, and knew I was in urgent need of some. The work they did was more thorough than any dentist I've ever been to. Every time I've ever gone to a dentist it's pretty base-level examination and cleaning, real simple get in and get out stuff. This practice was fantastic, they really did everything they could for me. They physically measured specific points of my face and the distance between them, they measured gum recession on every individual tooth, they gave me information on my jaw and tongue and how the specific traits of my face may relate to my dental health problems, they talked to me about specific mouth exercises that can help me, and a billion and one other pieces of info I'd never received before from other dentists. Even certain parts of the cleaning were things I'd never had done before, but it was just standard practice for them. All this, but I think the most striking part of my whole experience is that they explained it all to me. The new stuff, the old stuff, they walked me through and explained what everything meant so I could really get it; and get an actual understanding about my mouth and how that relates to how I need to take care of it.
