"This is the best and only place to have an MRI performed without having a castrophobic anxiety attack. First of all Rosa in reception helps you to be comfortable when you arrive by assisting you in filling out all documents and preparing you for the procedure. Then Daniel and Alan also try to make sure you're in a calm mental and physical state so they can perform the procedure while at the same time the patient is calm and relaxed. Overall this has to be the best facility to have an MRI performed."

"If you are reading this before showing up for your appointment---- call your physician and demand to be sent elsewhere. It's been about a week since my husband had his MRI done here and neither the Doctor not the Insurance company have recieved anything from this place. We went down there in person today to try and get the MRIs emailed, but they're only open 3 days a week. Today was not one of them. And there's no one that we can call because there's no one at the office. This is where that even taking into account the fact that my husband is claustrophobic and the girl who did his MRI did nothing to calm him when he was inside the machine, and when he started hyperventilating all she did was threatened that she would have to reschedule him if he didn't start breathing the way he was. She would stop the machine to threaten him instead of reminding him that he was actually safe and that he needed to control his breathing. He came home with his anxiety through the roof, wanting to throw up and still a little shaken because the experience was so incredibly bad for a supposed medical facility."
"If I could rate 0 i would, set an appointment for 1:35 should up 15 min early, nobody was in the office, I seen the staff kicking it up in the truck, they seen me walk into the office, and nobody came in to greet me and check me in, I am still currently waiting and it's been 10 min past my appointment and I am now being finally being given paper work to fill out, when that should have been done when I arrived early. There is only 1 person waiting in front of me and she said she had been waiting awhile, 30 min+ past my appointment and I haven't even been seen, this place is a joke and they obviously dont care about customer service. Why I got referred out to this place I have no idea. Never coming back again."
