"Room seemed nice. Clean, newly renovated. Ok for the budget price. Good location, near gas, food and freeway access. Clerk was very rude. On the phone I couldn’t understand her at all. She hung up on me twice when I asked her to repeat herself. Gave up trying to call for information."

"The A/C didn't work, the TV didn't work (would not configure to operate) the office staff treated me like I just got out of the pen, they made me call my wife so she could email them a photo of her license, i.e. I wanted to pay for the room but they insisted she should as she called ahead for availability. For a complete and total hassle, stay here, or visit their families in Bombay for rates on the motels there."

"Room not best condition hair blow dryer didn't work, shower knob all loose / table all sticky + sticky stuff on the floor ! And for price that we paid no continental breakfast such as coffee & pastries ! But the location was good ."

"Under new ownership . Budget Inn motel is nonsmoking . Mostly locals and allows no guests to have visitors It's easy access to 101 hwy close to fast food and restaurants. No pool no continental breakfast check out at 11am dog friendly with deposit. . cash accepted with deposit.good maid service ."

"If I could give a 0 stars I absolutely would. I can handle a rather janky room, but the lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude she ruined our whole night before we even got to the room. She managed to insult us maybe 4 times in a matter of 10 minutes, disrupted our whole night knocking on the door late at night as she went thru the entire hotel knocking on doors and disturbing everyone to ask if we had cable yet or not, and wasn’t even around in the morning to give me back my $100 cash deposit because she wouldn’t let me pay it with a card. So I spend over $200 for 1 night at the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would not ever recommend nor will I ever stay there again even if it was the only option. Hope the owner makes some changes before their business fails."
