"Very clean, basic, bed comfy, TV worked, had a fridge. Very basic and price reflects that."
"Beautiful view. The room was good except the TV didn't work. It was quiet. I was really taken back at check-in. There was nobody onsite to talk to. You check in through a kiosk and a video call with a representative at another site. I've used kiosks to check in before, but there was always a person around. This was just weird."
"This isn't a bad place to stay on a vacation. Close to Pismo Beach within driving distance as well as shops and stores. Bathroom is a little small, as for the room nice eyes the beds that we got weren't what we were told but they were comfortable. As for the service desk kind of threw me off cuz you talk to him was Sheen or computer screen however you want to say it so there's really no manager on site that I knew about. Trying to get extra towels was kind of difficult you had to go to the front desk and get back up on the machine, you couldn't just ask the staff and even if you did unless you spoke Spanish that was the only way that they understood you. The pool and spa were kept cleaned the grounds were magnificent. It had a little seating area on the side of the office or you could look out as the hotel sat up on a hill so it gave you a nice view. The price was decent well worth it. So if you're looking for a place to stay on vacation or even a business trip I suggest go here it's not bad for the money that you pay. As for the service like I said it wasn't bad the person that you talk to on the computer screen when checking in very friendly calm patient answered every question or concerns that you had. Had a little trouble with the key a couple times but no problem in getting another one the only problem was waiting for everybody to finish due to having to talk to this computer screen. But if you can get past all of that it's not bad I will be going here again"
"The $35 per day pet fee is totally justifiable, however, I would expect to not walk on the previous guests white pet hair knowing I have a black hypoallergenic dog and that the pet relief areas are stocked with animal waste bags (they were empty our entire weekend stay). I know this is isn’t the Ritz… but the towels were extremely rough, might I suggest the “one manager on-site everyday” go to Costco and get some fabric softener for the greater good of the guests. Electric car charging opportunities are non existent and would be a big plus for the property if they did get them (even if the property charged a reasonable per KWH rate) and if not a dedicated faster charging set up, regular 110 outlets work great overnight. For those in an EV, the Tesla supercharger is 3 minutes away and the shopping center with the planet fitness and Starbucks has a Level 2 that is free :) about at 5-10 minute walk from the hotel."
"The room was nice 2 beds for 100 but the beds were stiff. Also when you check in it's to a machine no person in the lobby. They supposedly say there's a person here but I didn't see one. But you get what you pay for. I think It was better then the motel 6 but the beds super stiff. Other then that clean , modern rooms. Very well furnished. Also nice pool and Jacuzzi."
