"Great property, well appointed. Room was fine. Thermostat was a little difficult to figure out, but heat worked fine. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and cereal and yogurt. Not bad!"

"Rooms look clean, the pillow covers and duvet are old. Like the string are hanging from the pillow. But it doesn’t smell. The breakfast buffet is small. Small selection and small space for seating. It gets a bit noisy after 5am when people starting to leave. So its a good alarm clock lol"

"Great stop on our road trip. Fantastic price and location. We had issues with power outlets not working properly but let management know. Time to also upgrade lamps on nightstand with phone chargers or just outlets like other BW. Very clean and quiet and good beds. Perfect location and great BW breakfast. Would stay here again."

"We were very pleased with our stay at this Best Western. The hot breakfast was good and they have some danishes from a local bakery. Those made good afternoon snacks. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day in the lobby. We were charged an extra $100 deposit but when I checked out the next day it was refunded. The price of the room was not inflated considering Pismo Beach is a high priced area. The room was actually priced cheaper than what I've gotten in most towns. The pool area is very nice with one or two waterfalls. Across the road there is a shopping center that was really convenient. A few different HBO channels were available for free on TV. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was very pleasant. Check in was easy. Very friendly staff and they gave us a nice care package. I really liked the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and I'm picky about that stuff. The beds were very comfortable too."

"Good hotel, clean bedroom, calm on the 3rd floor even though the hotel was pretty full. The continental breakfast was very nice ( served from 6:30 till 9:30 am ), also free water fountain, ice, and coffee ( regular & decaf ) available in self- service at anytime. Staff is pleasant and helpful, I recommend !"
