"A $34 round trip inside Mukwonago is unaffordable for many people with disabilities and seniors on tight budgets. IMO the office organization is atrocious. Drivers routinely late or in the wrong pickup location, or cars sent when rides have been cancelled days or weeks prior. It is a wonderful idea in theory. Badly needs a better scheduling system. With less wasted time and effort, maybe rides could be less expensive."

"Horrible. 1. Took 2 days and 3 phone calls to confirm ride for my father. 2. Driver arrived at care facility and had no idea where he was supposed to drive him. 3. Doctor had to call me to get phone number for pick up. They assured me that he would have a lanyard at drop off with phone number - didn't happen. Unacceptable."

"Tired of the female driver getting out of the cab to smoke before taking my son to school. He says the vehicle stinks of cigarettes, so she's clearly smoking in the vehicle. NOT ACCEPTABLE when transporting minors! I've complained a couple of times, and still no change."
