I would've just bought the tools but I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I would help a random stranger, much less a paying customer. I jumped the car and drove elsewhere."

"Came in to get a battery replaced. Battery light came on immediately afterwards and I went back. They tested everything and said it was good. Battery light went off and came on again two miles down the road. Went to dealership and they found battery terminals were loose. Installer Mark was a super nice guy, I would go back just because of his attitude. Would have loved to not pay the dealership 50$ to tighten up the terminals."
"Took my old corroded battery out and replaced it although it was in bad shape. Mark and other staff members went above and beyond to make sure it got done as quickly as possible."
