"I have been to The Cliffs many times over the years and it is absolutely my favorite hotel. It is gorgeous, has an awesome view but what really makes it special is their caring staff ,they’re 5 star! As a bonus they’re dog friendly if you travel with yours like I do! As my daughter told the dog friendly hotel that we stayed at in Solvang they need to take lessons from The Cliffs in Pismo. They really know how to treat people and dogs !"

"The staff, hotel and setting are exceptional! The hotel is perfectly located, as the name suggests, on the cliffs overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Perfect for sunsets! And the green grass leads to a nice path down to the beach. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the amenities are plentiful (spacious pool and hot tub, great gym and spa, and nice restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating). Close to SLO, too. And dog friendly! Well done team at the Cliffs Hotel and Spa!"

"The lobby feels luxurious with beautiful views & holiday decorations. The rooms are nice with a fireplace, desk, sofa, balcony. The room initially has a periodic whistling sound so I called the front desk they sent maintenance up to fix it. The location has breathtaking ocean cliff views, nice landscaping and can walk down to a public beach. The restaurant has good service, great food. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
