"Such a great location, but don’t be tricked into buying your room that you don’t get. When I booked my room, I booked a suite with the view of the ocean and a large bathtub. But when I got there, my room was nowhere near what I thought I was purchasing. Then don’t let them lie to you. It is not quiet. Banging and fighting all night. What a bummer. We had a view of a staircase. $450.00 later… nothing was resolved. So misleading. Never again. Not worth a red cent."

"Clean, well presented budget hotel. The mattresses were nice and firm, good quality, however the bed frames were the cheap metal ones on wheels so the stinking beds moved and creaked all night long every time someone turned over. That was a pain in the butt. Don’t try and have sex on them as those beds will be rolling all over the room lol. And the free “breakfast” which was just a bad with muffin and fruit were meh. But good price for the room. Really just wish the bed frames were solid and permanent."

"Rooms were nice and what I expected, although the walls are pretty thin. We were in top of the laundry room and you can hear and feel the machines. Otherwise, location is amazing. Right next to the beach and walking distance to the pier. Lots of parking. The staff up front were always helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely be back"

"Service was perfect, and location is great. The ouside of the hotel was pretty well-maintained, but the walls are thin and our room door had a notable gap, allowing lights and wind into our room. Many of the appliances and furniture were dated. The pool area and breakfast areas were nice though."

"Really impressed with the property. Short walk from the beach. Didn't use the pool as was full of children! Loved the afternoon cookies that were provided. Apartment was clean and tidy. Really old air conditioner but it worked and wasn't too noisy so all good! Beds comfy. Bathroom clean and shower was good. Brilliant location for a stroll into town and the fabulous Cinnamon Rolls! Quite a few homeless people hanging about just off property which is not the hotel's fault but was disconcerting as they were playing loud music with offensive lyrics and smoking weed. Luckily this was during the day and it quietened down at night so sleep was not an issue. Also, randomly, reception had a creepy old lady dummy / mannequin propped up in a chair. Not sure of the meaning of this but was strange to say the least!"
