"Rooms Are Okay...Besides Some Screw Literally Loose Under Sink Cabinet And A Fan That Needs A Remote Because Buttons Where Pushed In On Fan And Not Able To Manually Use...Also You Do Waste Alot Of Water Waiting For It To Heat Up...Literally Have To Wait Over 2 Minutes Usally...But The Made Named Lily Is Very Kind And Considerate And Very Helpful...Gentleman That Runs The Place Is Awesome And Kind...Very Quiet At Night...Great View Of Morro Rock.Ocean, Sunsets Rooms Are Clean Despite Wear & Tear As Described...One Of The Less Expensive Places In Town...Honesty Is My Policy Folks...I Would Stay There Again!"

"Location, location, location....that sums it up. It is also right next to the Thursday Farmers Market in the next door Spencer's market parking lot. Other than that it is a "functional low-rise budget hotel/ motel" with a decent view...which is blocked by Hwy. 1."

"This review is from a Morro Bay local , This Holland Inn is a local Homeless motel they are always near full with the Homeless population that is always there night after night after night. In their own pic that beat up white trailer with the plywood sidedoor is always there and has been for several years now nearly blocking the entry& exit driveway . It's the worst and oldest motel in town right on the busy Highway. I would rather sleep in my car for the night than pay to subject myself to this waste of taxpayer money you have been warned but my guess they will pull down this review very quickly if it even gets posted...."

"Dog friendly. Fee for each animal per night. Close to major attractions. Shower hot water takes time to warm up. I would book again."

"For a more affordable Motel, it was nice. The room looked clean. Maybe a few dust bunnies in the corners, but that didn't bother us. We had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again."
