"I came on today to exchange something, the woman in the front with the curly hair was very disrespectful, she does not know how to talk to a customer , when your telling her that they did not say that we have to read off the receipt she says “ well I say that “ your not the that scan my stuff in the beginning so I don’t know what you say she says “ that’s perfect” she barely speaks a lick of English , she has a bad attitude, when you say you’ll report her she says “ that’s perfect “ “ I’ll get my manager for you “ she thought because I couldn’t exchange I did have the money to buy what I was gone get to exchange the item I brought baby , so she basically tried to play me as if I was broke she was talking to me as if I was her child , she needs to be fired asap because she does not know what great customer service is she don’t even know what customer service is !"

"Wonderful location. A bit remote from Paso Robles, but also close to other wineries. And an interesting drive. Grounds are pristine. At night, you can see the Milky Way. Right in the vineyards. Spectacular. Cute chef's garden. Multiple seating, one with a fire pit. Our room (Isosceles) was spacious and clean. Very nice. We received a Welcome Bottle. Yum. Maid service was excellent. We did a tasting and joined the wine club. The cave tour was fun and excellent. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to enjoy the restaurant this time. Maybe next time! I would stay here again."

"This is absolutely a 5 star experience. I was fortunate enough to celebrate my 60th birthday with my wife and 2 other couples. We stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time. The service from the minute we walked through the door was top notch. We had several wonderful meals and oh yea the wine is pretty spectacular. Thank You Justin staff, for help making a very memorable birthday."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Just Inn for our anniversary. We stayed at the Vinters Villa which was a lovely Italian inspired two-story cottage with a full kitchen and living room. Between the room and the customer service we felt like a king and a queen! I would definitely recommend the chefs tasting menu for dinner and the breakfast included with your stay is by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made our stay amazing."

"A couple of friends and I stayed at The Just-Inn in August. We stayed in the Isosceles Suite and had a great weekend. The suite is very well appointed and came with a lovely bottle of Iscosoles as well. They provided a lovely breakfast in our room each morning with fresh fruit and coffee added to whatever amazing main course we were offered. We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds to walk, sit and enjoy while sipping a glass of wine or water. We also dined at the restaurant and the food was great, and so was the staff. In reality the staff truly added to the the experience of visiting Justin. Before we even arrived we received a call from Alice to confirm our arrival time and to make sure that we knew what to expect upon arrival. The call gave me an impression of what our weekend would be like and I'm happy to say that it was spot on. Alice is so lovely, friendly, and professional. We all enjoyed seeing her that weekend as she always brought a little sunshine with her, and the other staff that we encountered were just as great. I definitely plan on visiting again."
