"I took my 2020 Equinox in for a diagnostic and some brake work and had a great experience. I was in need of a repair quickly as I use my vehicle for work and wasn't able to get into my normal shop for over two weeks. Jay & J got me in the same day and had the diagnostic completed and brake issue identified within a few minutes. The repairs were reasonably priced and completed within a day. The day my car was in the shop I drove over a screw and asked him to take care of it when I picked up my other vehicle and not only did he take care of it but refused to charge me. I'll no doubt return for all future vehicle maintenance and repairs."

Not wanting to run on the spare for a long distance I called Jay & J's who after a short friendly conversation offered to plug the hole and get me back on my way as soon as possible. As we slapped on a spare I called around to several auto shops in the Lomira area and everyone was understandably closes. But Jay answered the call and graciously offered to take a look at the tire, even though he technically wasn't open. We rolled up and he happily assessed the situation and was able to plug the puncture, put it back on the car, and save our Thanksgiving.
