"This has been my go to Quest for years. I've gone to another one and the experience wasn't nearly as good as it is here. Staff is always quick, efficient, and kind, whether I have an appointment ir not. The nurses are really good at their job and they draw blood in a painless manner (I'm afraid of needles). Plus, they have staff that speaks Spanish too. The only problem I see is that the parking lot is very small and it's often full, but other than that, this location is great."

"3 stars because they do get the work done. My bloodtest are completed and I get the results within a reasonable amount of time. This time, the phlebotomist was great. Good bedside manner, quick but not hurried. But everything else. 1 star. The lobby was so hot and you step inside the lab portion and it's nicely cooled. The bathroom was atrocious. It was dirty, papers on floor, no toilet paper and just bad. I know they aren't using this bathroom for themselves. With so many patients, many elderly at this location, it needs regular cleaning. And this location struggles so badly with the English language and the computers. I see them try and try and lose their appmt because they can't log in. And they knock and knock and the techs Rarely come out to help. I get A lot of bloodtest and try to avoid this one. And when they do come out, they look so annoyed. Other customers help them, clear privacy issues there you are creating. Oh and there's a little box for business cards in case you need additional help or want to complain, but it's empty! No business cards means you don't want to hear from us. And yes it's always been empty. I'll be adding my review to Google as well but not much difference it'll make. Like most of us, we have to use your company for insurance reasons."

"My mom just got threatened to be kept till everyone was done because she was 5 minutes late to her appointment. If they had a direct phone line I’d be able to call and advise them of why she’d be late instead she got a rude person bullying her. This is ridiculous."

"I arrived a couple minutes early to see about parking; I did have to go around the block but then I saw a place in the lot. The lot isn't great, yes it looks really run down. Inside is much brighter, cleaner, newer looking. There was no rude receptionist, instead you check in with an app and wait. I was out in ten minutes and the tech lady was perfect and fast! I didn't have a bad time like other reviewers, but I see in the future I might have to park far away."
