"No one answers …. There is no space left for anyone to leave a message …. This is all day…. Everyday …. I tried to email them … another obstacle as the message wasn’t able to be delivered. How can a business never answer the phone and make it impossible for you to reach them?? If you want to get really stressed out, try reaching them. A joke of a business. PS- I got authorization for the XRay to be done at another service provider. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB."

"It's such a hassle to make an appointment, holding time was almost an hour only to get an appointment in 2 months. Once your in the office it's full and busy and their customer service is terrible. I wish we had better services for our aging population in our communities. It's really a shame."

"l had a great experience with Vanessa S. She was very helpful during my visit, which happened to be during a particularly busy time. Despite the rush, she was patient and supportive. Not having had this particular radiology visit before, I was uncertain about the process. Vanessa went above and beyond by confirming whether they accepted my insurance and explained every detail to me. Her thoroughness was impressive, considering the hectic atmosphere. "Let's start from the beginning. Yes, it was very difficult to get anyone on the phone and took a week to book my appointments. You will be kept on hold for a long time. However, the women working at the front desk are insanely busy. The place got packed immediately and I was there at 7am. The ladies were professional but not overly friendly. You can tell that they are PRESSED but keep calm, it is very busy in there and there is a lot of motion. Having said that, they worked hard to book me in. I needed two different appointments with one being at 7:15AM. The second procedure wasn't going to be booked for another month (they're BUSY). But when I let them know my concerns, they let me know that they call the next day's appointments to confirm and if there was a cancellation, they'd let me know. They got me in. My first tech, Sue was jovial and we had a nice time while she went about her work. Andrea, my second practitioner was also lovely. All in all, I'd say that this was a great visit. Aside from the ease of booking an appointment, I give them all 5 stars."
