"BEWARE—I ignored the other bad reviews but I shouldn’t have because this place is a complete disaster. I called to schedule a pregnancy utlrasound and was asked what type I needed. I wasn’t certain so asked what the options were and was given 3 different options with details and different prices. I spoke with my doctor, confirmed the exact type of ultrasound needed, and had them send in an order for the exact ultrasound that was described using the same terminology of “limited”. We only needed to confirm whether or not there was a heartbeat (we have had many loses so were anxious to confirm) as I would be getting a more detailed ultrasound once I was home and it was covered under insurance. I was told that I should call back after the order had been sent, but when I did, they told me that I would receive a text once the order had been put in their system. I never received a text so I finally called back and the person who answered scheduled me at 1:00. I confirmed the type of ultrasound and price at this time. They then called back saying they needed to change the time to 4:45. Someone else then called back later to say that they aren’t open at 4:45 and could get me in at 4:00. I again confirmed the type of ultrasound and price (I was feeling like I couldn’t confirm enough since they seemed so disorganized). When we arrived, I luckily confirmed the price again before having the ultrasound and I was quoted a price over 3 TIMES what I had repeatedly confirmed. I told them that wasn’t the type of ultrasound I needed (I am a SA survivor and didn’t want want nor need a transvaginal ultrasound which my OB and fertility doctor both confirmed I absolutely did NOT need), but they would not do the limited ultrasound that was offered to me from the beginning. We spoke with a manager and her explanation of why they couldn’t do what was offered to me made absolutely no sense. I offered to have my doctor call them right away to confirm what was needed, but they said they would not to a simple, limited ultrasound even if that’s what the doctor specified was all that was needed. I feel like this was a bait and switch situation. They might do this all the time and people don’t even know because it’s being billed to insurance but it was obvious since we were self pay."
"Super disappointed, explained to staff I was extremely claustrophobic, They gave me Xanax to help calm my nerves. Unfortunately they didn’t allow it to kick in.I explained to them the Xanax had not started working. They decided it was a good idea to put me in anyway.Needless to say I immediately had a full blown anxiety attack. 1 hour later the Xanax kicked in and I could barely hold my head up. Had they allowed me the time or asked me to come in earlier I’m sure I would have been fine.Super lane experience and staff doesn’t listen to there paying customers!"
"I have coded websites. Pueblo's is SO BAD that every patient should worry about their health info. This place has also double billed for copays, tried to bill for my full deductible (it had been met for the year), and cannot seem to do vasic elementary school math. Their tech was also horrible and unprofessional during the ultrasound for my miscarriage Overall, crooked, sloppy, and heartless. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."
"Every single person here that I've ever deal with is awesome! I have seizures and break a lot of Bones. So trust me I've seen so many more people than I'd like to. They even have a Keurig coffee maker in the waiting room. Nice and clean. Quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Curbside parking or parking area entrance to the right of the building in the back. Handicap accessible."
"I am leaving a review in part because I was actually astounded by the negative reviews. All of the women at the front desk were extremely kind and patient. They answered all of my questions, and gave me a copy of my procedure report in a timely manner with no problem. The technician is also very kind, patient, and comforting. He explained how the machine worked, made sure I was all set, and offered a choice of music. I joked when I left that I felt I had just experienced a relaxing half hour in a day spa. Ultimately I feel very, very lucky to have had this procedure and everyone involved was professional and respectful."
