"Had a hassle finding the right size Twisted X boot. I ordered two different sizes, both wrong. Ordered two more into the store in Appleton! Finally got the right size! I got to work with the most pleasant young lady, Maddy, on this mess! Thank you for being positive and helping me sort this out, and for your assistance while I shopped for other goods! You rock!"

"Wanted to find my correct size for Boulet Boots. Called the store directly to ask if they had Boulet Boots in store because it’s about a 45 minute drive, and didn’t want to make the drive if they didn’t carry them. I was told “yes we do”. I make the drive just to find out they actually don’t have them."

"Trying to get any customer service from the three stooges that were working there was actually impossible. Asked about sizes. Smugly said that’s all I have. It took three times to get into a dressing room and told me they were open when in fact they were locked and the looks that they gave each other like I was actually bothering them was unbelievable. Always had good experience at Boot Barns… these three people were terrible. Trying to get them out from behind the counter to get any kind of service, and I felt I was bothering them and their eye rolls and looks sure prove that!!! NEVER AGAIN"

"So the staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I went in looking for a pair of boots for both of us for a wedding. We were so excited and my husband found a beautiful pair. When it was my turn to look unfortunately there was very little to pick from for my size, an 11. I was disappointed. Nothing cutesy or decorative for me. Kept glancing over at that smaller sizes that had everything I like. What a bummer."

"First walking in I was surprised on the size and amount of goods and different brands that they carry. Alot of the major players in the western, work industry. There is something here for everyone!! Came in looking for a cowboy boot and came to the right place! 100s of choices in every size you can think of!! My wife found alot of ladies outfits that fits the theme! Employees were super friendly and right there to answer any question you may have. The only thing was I wish they had more cowboy hats to choose from with higher end hats! I'm in the market for a higher end cowboy hat and couldn't find the style I wanted. I did end up getting a very nice comfortable pair of boots that were on clearance which is even better!! Will be back for more!"
