"I have been a card member for over 20 years and just cancelled my card/account. I paid off my balance in FULL in Dec. I got a small 25 cent charge that got a late fee on it. Then when I called to get the late fee removed, They never removed it so I got more late fees. I have called once a month and have to speak to people for 90 minutes to get it fixed, only it never got fixed. They would not remove the late fees even though I had a zero balance. Another thing is. I returned an item at the sunglass hut. The worker couldn’t figure out how to issue the refund back to my card so she printed a check. The check is for $175 and I’ve never been able to redeem it. I will never use Macys again. Never. I’m so done. I recommend everyone use Dillards."

"We went in just to buy 6 boxes of Frangos and 3 boxes of Godiva. So, a pretty good purchase. Initially had to go to 3 different counters and then wait to get a simple price question answered, then had to wait again just to buy the $160 of chocolate while a clueless guy tied up the sales person with endless perfume questions, once again reinforcing my desire to never go to the mall on Black Friday, even at 7 pm."

"I always take advantage of star days at Macy's. And I absolutely love their clearence section, we always find great deals. And with the star money I bought even more things and they came out to be free! Love Macy's. Get their credit card, it's worth it!"
