"I usually don’t make reviews but the customer service is beyond this world. I didn’t realize that day they were only accepting cash and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes for just me to run to the food court atm! Lovely people!"

"Really enjoyed my store experience here. I am not a regular patron of this store, but I've been here a few times in the last couple years. The experience today stood out to me and I will be back. My fiance was happy with her outfits and I had found some cool things in mens clearance. For a store of this size, I was impressed by how clean it was. The staff was friendly and happy. It was a good experience and I would recommend anybody visiting forever 21. It has greatly improved in the past couple years. Noticeable improvements. Job well done forever 21 employees"

I am visiting from WA state and I’m blown away by the cleanliness of the entire place, especially the floors! And the staff, above and beyond. Clayton and Christopher are the two that come to mind immediately, they’re so kind, cheerful and helpful. I’m hoping I can make my way back!"

"Great store for a younger generation than me. It was busy but I did not need to wait in line very long at all. Amazing sales! I couldn't believe the amazing prices. The teens and early 20 year olds had many things that we bought. The staff were so friendly and I had great conversations with them. I gave it 4 stars because I am very practical. The clothes are very trendy which won't stay in style long. I also think the merchandise is not made to last a long time. If it is washed frequently, I think many of the items would wear out."
