"Horrible customer service My room door locked me in from inside AND OUT! Couldn’t get out for over thirty minutes called and it took them 30 mins to finally come help me once I climbed out the window to go get them to come open the door and then they tried to tell me since it was locked and wouldn’t open that I would get a refund and have to leave at 11pm at night and I had a 1 year old daughter that was sleeping! When I asked the manager for a different room she said they were all booked when in fact they WERE NOT because I checked Expedia at the same time once I asked for her boss number to complain she smiled and grinned like something was funny and rooms were disgusting would not recommend or ever stay there again!"

"upon arriving the tv did not work, no refrigerator, or microwave as advertised, rude unprofessional staff, the pool was closed and full of dirty green water. "I booked and online room. Through Hopper App, when i arrived, office seemed close. Dark inside. I told the lady, im here for a reservation room i made, she goes to computer and then tells me, they don’t do online reservations, they only do walkins? To call the app and request my refund they couldn’t help me and they send me on my way, don’t recommend booking here safe your trip and money for elsewhere."

"a Nightmare! DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. 86.50$. I repeat: 86.50$ for THIS, look at the pictures. Look at THAT chair. This place is a mess. We paid for a double and they gave us a single with the less comfortable bed in the world with stains of IDK what everywhere. A toothbrush abandoned in the napkins holder. AVOID THIS PLACE, SPEND 10$ more and go somewhere else. Disgusting!"

"The beds are comfortable. The housekeeping staff only made up one bed instead of both beds that we used. The drawers were filthy on the inside so we did not put anything in the drawers I don't think they had even mop the bathroom floor in a few days because there was stuff splattered on the floor there was no mini fridge no microwave the pool was out of commission couldn't use that."
