"The person I spoke with over the phone was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. I've had numerous issues with this clinic since I started seeing them. If you can, don't go through them. I know this is a public clinic that serves a large population of people but let's at least have some standards."

"I don’t know if anyone even works the front desk but every time you call to speak to a nurse or make an apt it takes up to 30minutes on hold and phone will disconnect. From 10am to 2pm no answer from them all calls lost. Very ridiculous"

"I called to get my IUD checked because I think it moved & the woman told me to just stick to my gyno who put it in even though i told her he was booked for another week. Why is this place even a healthcare facility? You couldn’t have even checked??"

"So disappointed been going here for over 5 years beside difficultly getting appointment I now can't get my meds this is not a one time deal.Thast month had to go in office and demand this month I'm on 10 days and nothing may have to make another unexpected visit. What a way to treat your patient. Thank K you for letting me vent."
