"The dry aged steak was absolutely worth every penny. The steak flavor profile consisted of a rich nutty, buttery and aged cheese taste. None of the flavors over powered the other and the cheese taste reminded me of an aged Italian cheese. Mix in that flavor profile with the char broil… oh Mama Mia!! The shrimp cocktail was a bit undercooked but I came here for the steak and it didn’t disappoint! Service was on point and atmosphere was great."
"Classy restaurant with great atmosphere, great food, and great drinks. This is not your Madison "trendy" restaurant with tables jam-packed together, and so much noise that you think you're in an army mess hall. Draper Brothers is sophisticated. Although the steaks looked fantastic, we opted for the short rib ravioli. Excellent! Better than what you'd find at an Italian restaurant. The warm rolls and butter were a nice added touch. And you won't go wrong with any of the drinks. Try the Gold Rush! (And this restaurant is fortunate to have James, bartender extraordinaire, preparing your drinks.) We've been here twice in two weeks, and we plan to be regulars, even with the 70-mile one-way drive. Don't miss out, dine at Draper Brothers. You won't be disappointed."
"Came here for a date night with my husband before the Nate Bargatze show and was BLOWN AWAY by the delicious food and incredible service! Even the table bread was cooked to perfection. If you’re in Madison, this place is a must try. Especially the Occhi appetizer."

"My husband and I were able to make a last minute reservation on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were excellent. The bar manager even assisted with me with my coat when he was obviously busy. This was probably the best steak we’ve ever had, and we both had the filet (medium). Absolutely delicious! Although it’s pricey, we look forward to returning. Extremely well run restaurant!"
