"Went there twice for an oil change made anappointment both times, the guy didn’t know about either appointments. First time I ended up waiting three hours second time I waited an hour a 45 min. I requested windshield wipers. He told me to go bumper to bumper, so from now on I’ll just go somewhere else."

Even if that means he has to show up early and leave late. "Scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance. Called the day before to check in. Was told that everything was good for my 8 am appointment. Dropped it off at 6am before work, only to come back at 3pm to pick it up and the tire was still not fixed. They then decided to tell me they didn’t want to split up the “pair” of used tires. Not a single call or voicemail just left me hanging out to dry. Unprofessional and disgraceful. 2 prior phone calls and they never said a word. Just take it to 710 or Fillbacks if you need tires. They’re a shade tree shop and it really shows with the service."
