"I stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a very good experience. The interior design is really lovely and modern. The staff was super helpful and kind. And my room was the perfect size for lounging and relaxing. I plan to stay here the next time I'm in town."

"I had a great stay here. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the location was excellent. The walls were thick, so I never heard any noise. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to put an iron and ironing board in the room instead of just a steamer. Also perhaps some makeup remover wipes."

"Newly renovated, the rooms are quite nice! This used to be a Le Meridian hotel. Check in is on the third floor as is the restaurant. They have valet parking available now as well. The front desk staff were friendly overall. Did not automatically offer breakfast since they do not have a lounge for Marriott Platinum and above members, so if you're interested in taking advantage of that, be prepared to ask. Their alternative is an in room dining for the Continental Breakfast and even then the front desk needed manager approval! Location is great, you can walk around, very close to Bart."

"We had a lovely stay at The Jay which is newly opened and completely transformed into a modern luxury hotel in the heart of the financial district. We had previously stayed at this location when it was a different brand, and it was fine, but nothing special. Now it has transformed into our favorite hotel in downtown San Francisco. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and the housekeeping did a phenomenal job. We stayed in a suite which offered extra room for lounging and eating takeout - a perfect way to spend a getaway. There are a few small tweaks that are still coming (like Netflix access on the TVs) but it wouldn’t stop me from giving it a 10/10. We will be back!"

The room was very impressive offering a soft and comfortable chic vibe with beautiful views of the city overlooking the bay. What more could I ask for….. the best nights rest in the that comfortable mattress and bedding."
