"If the deafening noise of the adjoining fetish and techno nightclub doesn't keep you awake (it closes after 3am), the obscene ranting of the resident deranged military veteran will. This is a genuinely squalid place, filthy, battered and dishonoured. Ineffectual staff, industrious cockroaches, stained brown carpets. Avoid at all costs"

"The hotel is very discreet, and over a nightclub so nearby entertainment is a plus as well as local restaurants and bars in South San Francisco. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. The decor of the place is very modern in style and artwork. Shared bathrooms and showers give a hostel or european kind of feel. Overall my experience was very nice. I recommend to at least check it out and meet the staff. Eric Fomin"

"Read the fine print... Shared bathroom means, One toilet each side of the building for each floor to share, 3 shower stalls per floor. No control of heating or air. Television had a crack down the middle of the screen, which front office is aware. In addition, the cable box was not connected/working with TV. Not ADA friendly, have to walk up a flight of stairs when entering building to main level to check in. No parking available, Stained bedding, unsure how clean it was, Wife and I had to sleep on top with our own blankets. No shower towels were provided."

"Really nice size/layout room, Very clean and respectful and so is the staff. The family that runs it, real nice people, quiet spoken, helpful. Actually I found it to be one of the nicest, just a clean vibe of Classiness. The TV monitor and Microwave in the room worked, the remote control was clean! There's Night Life right next door or just below but not rowdy. And the General Manager, Ben. Just cool, very nice guy, was professional and you felt you were in a nice place. I would definitely go again for a stay there. Actually very soon!"
