"Okay! Much better experience this time. Noticed that the microwaves and refrigerators are no longer in the rooms but honestly, it's worth it. Room was clean, the neighboring rooms were quiet. 1000 percent better. Best motel 6 in San Francisco. Best value, location, and though the decor is bit on the old side, the beds seem new and I'll take that as a win."
"I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, the cleaning products that they use are so toxic, I was triggered into a severe Asthmatic episode. This was the first time in 40 years that I had this experience. I usually leave mostly positive reviews including several previous stays at various Motel 6 locations. So, slow down and be sure your choices are not hurtful to the well being of you, your family and your friends. Happy Holidays everyone! Robert"
"I book 3 rooms and was charge $100 deposit for each room which they said I'll get them back, and I haven't got them back trying call the hotel for a whole day no one is picking up.. worst experience ever. And definitely no free parking."
"First things first the website claims free parking. When I get there they charge me for parking per day. Also they charge me a deposit which I don’t mind but they never gave it back. So I filed a claim and barely got it resolved 9/15/23. My vacation was 7/20/23 so almost 2 months of waiting. Rooms trash and disgusting. Had loud tenants and no one was able to shut them up or tell them to quiet. Realistically super ghetto hotel. The only bright side is that it’s in the marina district which is nice and safe. Your 5 min walking distance from the ocean and I was in the street late at night exploring and didn’t get mugged or robbed at all I felt safe. I felt safer in the streets then at the hotel"
"We were charged $150 for a room for the night here, which would have been a little expensive for a Motel 6 in my opinion, but acceptable nonetheless had the room not been in such a disgusting condition. The furniture was gross. As you can see in the picture, there was a chair that was serving as a bedside table or nightstand and was completely stained all over with only god knows what on it. The bedspreads were equally as stained and just as disturbing with unknown substances on them as well. The TV did not work correctly either, it would turn on but even after nearly an hour of trying to get it to work the best it got was an error message that kept popping up on the screen and I tried many different things. Little did I know, the real horror was actually waiting for me in the bathroom... It was very obvious that it hadn't been cleaned before renting it to us because when I pulled back the mildewy shower curtain to take a shower I was immediately greeted with an abundance of long black hairs scattered everywhere throughout the tub. This place is a complete disgrace to the Motel 6 name, if that's even something that the company takes pride in....I'm not sure, but if they do, I would be extremely upset and disappointed with their performance. It was atrocious to say the least. If I wanted to stay in such a dump, I would have booked a room at the Civic Center Inn for $70, cheaper and the room would have been in nearly the same condition."
