"Noisy Equipment could be relocated away from the waiting area or designate a sound proof enclosure."
"I've been here multiple times, I have nothing to complain about. Always fast, and professional."
"My neurologist referred me to this place because I've had recent seizures. When I called, they refused to help me because I've had recent seizures. I spoke with a long-time MRI technician and he has never heard of an imaging center turning someone away because of seizures. Absolutely atrocious! Companies like this are what's wrong with our healthcare system."
"I had been told that the procedure would take about twenty minutes and I would be removed from the tube for repositioning and IV administration halfway through the procedure. Instead the technician left me in the tube for the entire twenty minutes. I was face down with my arms extended above my head with the technician's expectation that I remain completely motionless for the entire twenty minutes. When she finally released me from the tube she rudely chastised me for "moving"."
"Even though the parking is awful & I ended up across the street. It was fast & easy to make an appointment. I had an appointment for 2:45 PM. However, when I checked in & handed my authorization paperwork, the receptionist said it would be 1 1/2 for an x-ray. I asked even with an appointment. She said yes some of them are walk-ins & I would have to wait. It took 40 minutes until they called me to sign papers & another 5 minutes for them to take me to the x-ray area & wait again (couple minutes). Laura the x-ray technician called me back; took the x-rays & I was out in another 5 minutes. A lot faster than they said. Thank you!"
