"My wife and I just visited this hotel for a couple of nights. We loved the location near fisherman’s wharf. The rooms and staff were great. We were treated to free gelato as we came in one night. I felt the staff were truly trying to help you have a great experience."

"Clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 Blocks to Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation. Get the Bay Area Clipper card to make it easy to take public transportation. To not take a car and park on the street. Parking at this property costs $65.00 per night!"

"You can smell the over scented lobby leaves a mark on all of your clothing as well as your nostrils. Hot water in the room left lots to be desired. This part is my fault but I didn’t realize there was no restaurant as part of this hotel which would have made a big difference with morning food and evening drinks. All in all I would not stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very quiet, ( we did overlook the courtyard and not the street and on the 3rd floor) and clean, with daily housekeeping service. The location was very good and within walking distance to restaurants and places we wanted to see, Wharf, Pier 39. The people working here were excellent (Madison Tim, Timmy) with daily greetings and great attitudes, much appreciated! I do wish they had food at the hotel, but appreciated the great, free coffee in the morning and the fruit-infused water."
