"This place is extremely slow , prepare to wait for hours to get in. I had paid my bill in February and they sent me to collections , I sent them a copy of the cashed check and double paid the account to get collections off my back, It is now almost August and they still have never given me a refund. They say now that will take 3 more weeks. This is ridiculous and I will never use this company again..They have had over $400 of my money for 6 months and I keep having to be the one to call them for an update every week and its the same thing three more weeks three more weeks. Never again!! never Again!! Fyi they are part of Sutter health ."
